We are proud to announce that we have won the LAMA Best Public Park award for 2016 for our design and supervision of Templeudigan Playground – we designed this park in 2013 and are very proud of it. Accepting the award on behalf of the playground committee (from left to right, is: Deirdre Fallon; Joe Fallon; Miriam O’Callaghan, who presented the award; Seamus Doran, who prepared a rigorous entry form, and Rose Doran. The park beats competition from around Ireland, and demonstrates the power of collaboration between designers and communities. And as an added bonus, the park was fully paid for within a year of opening.
