I first spoke to the clients when they were in the planning stage of there new build. Marian came across my website from a goggle search and liked the look of some of my previous work.
I explained to them about some of the ground work they could do themselves, to see if the sites which they had in mind were feasible to build a house on. One in particular was a beautiful elevated site with views to the south of Kilcooley Woods, this would be our first choice.
