A recent design proposal for a new extension to a semi-detached home in Templeogue.
We proposed to create a circualtion spine through the house and arrange all the rooms along it. There is a living room in front and a second to the rear. The kitchen is located to allow surveillance over the new play room and the garden. A string of utility and service spaces are located in the heart of the floor plan.
