This is a large extension and renovation project in Ballinteer. The existing extensions were removed to make way for new extension. Due to locations of various underground public assets, the footprint of the extension was forced upon us. This only proved to be a benefit and gave the extension an interesting shape yet practical layout. The existing house was entirely renovated and stairs were moved to the extension which allowed us to create a more grandiose entrance. Layout and openings where optimised around light and views.
